Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our songs, we can not offer returns. Your song was created uniquely for you by our songwriting team. We’re sure you will love your purchase, but if you don’t, we’ll work with you!

Exchanges

If there is an issue with your song we will do our best to make it right! If we got it wrong – that is, your order is incorrect, mispronounced, misspelled on the lyric sheet etc. – let us know right away! We’ll make the necessary changes and get you the updated files as soon as possible! For mistakes occurring due to inaccuracy on the order form, a small fee may be required to compensate for recording time. Please be sure to double-check all details to avoid delayed smiles!

Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours have passed, a cancellation will be granted at our discretion. The reason is that our artists may have already begun working on your custom song. Once you request a cancellation, you will receive a status update within 48 hours. If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Returns can take an average of 5-7 business days to show in your account.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted at your bank. If it has been more than 7 business days since your refund approval, please Contact Us and write “Refund” in the subject line.
